If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from on any of the Excalibur Films Shopping Malls, simply notify your credit card company in accordance with their normal reporting rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, your credit card company finds that credit card fraud did occur but your credit card provider company does not waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, Excalibur Films will then reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
